I'm a product designer with 5+ years currently at KeyBank, designing the core online banking experience.

Growing up, I helped my mom, an immigrant who wasn't a native English speaker, navigate technology, and I watched my sister, who has Down syndrome, move through a digital world that wasn't always built with her in mind. Those experiences shaped how I see design: not as something you assume works, but something you prove works. In my own work, I design for everyone, backing every decision with testing and data, so "accessible" means something real, not just well-meant.
